Cancellation Policy
At ElectraXpress Private Limited, we respect your time and trust. Our goal is to make cancellations and refunds simple, transparent, and fair.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped or dispatched.

Approved prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped cannot be canceled.
Customers may request a return or exchange after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.
3. Cancellation by ElectraXpress Private Limited
We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order due to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity
- Operational, technical, or logistical issues
If canceled by us, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund applicable.
If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping & Handling Charges
- Orders below ₹3000 attract a ₹150 shipping fee
- Shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch
- Orders of ₹3000 and above qualify for free shipping
